At Plasscon, our mission has always been to provide the highest quality pharmaceutical products and meet the strictest manufacturing standards. One of the crucial stages in the pharmaceutical bottle production process is molding, and to ensure the quality and purity of our products, we employ advanced technology in ISO Class 7 and 8 cleanrooms with pressurized rooms. In this blog, we will explore how this innovative technology allows us to achieve the highest levels of quality and safety in the manufacture of our pharmaceutical bottles.
What are Cleanrooms and ISO Classes? Cleanrooms are areas specially designed to control air pollution and maintain specific environmental conditions during the manufacturing process. At Plasscon, our facilities have clean rooms that comply with ISO Class 7 and 8 standards.
The ISO classification determines the amount of particles present in the air per cubic meter and sets the cleanliness limits for each class. Our ISO Class 7 cleanrooms (10,000 particles allowed per cubic meter) ensure an extremely clean environment, while ISO Class 8 (100,000 particles allowed per cubic meter) is equally important for maintaining the integrity of the molding process.
To further ensure the quality of our pharmaceutical bottles, we have implemented pressurized rooms in our cleanrooms. These rooms prevent the entry of particles and microorganisms from the surrounding environment by maintaining a positive pressure inside. In addition, pressurized rooms prevent the entry of potentially contaminating particles from the molding process, ensuring the purity and sterility of our products.
At Plasscon, quality is our main focus. Our team of experts performs thorough quality control at every stage of the molding process. From the selection of raw materials to the final inspection of the finished product, every step is monitored to ensure that our pharmaceutical bottles meet the highest quality standards and are safe for use.
Our dedication to quality and patient safety is at the heart of everything we do at Plasscon. By investing in state-of-the-art technology, such as ISO Class 7 and 8 cleanrooms with pressurized rooms, we reaffirm our commitment to manufacturing safe and reliable pharmaceutical products that comply with the most stringent industry regulations.
At Plasscon, we are proud of our ability to guarantee the quality and safety of our pharmaceutical bottles by using advanced technology in ISO Class 7 and 8 cleanrooms with pressurized rooms. Our continuous pursuit of excellence drives us to constantly innovate and improve, in order to provide our customers with the highest quality pharmaceutical products.
